The only nut in our product is coconut, which is a tree nut. Our products are not produced in a certified nut-free facility. We also do manufacture in a plant handles eggs, wheat, milk, soybeans, shellfish, and fish. However, all our facilities follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to minimize the risk of cross contamination and have a very vigorous sanitation process.

The protein source is organic pea protein powder, organic collagen peptides, and organic chia seed powder.
Yes, there is 4g of sugar per serving that comes from organic coconut palm sugar. When formulating this, I wanted it to have the least amount of sugar it could have while still tasting good! I used coconut palm sugar because it has a much lower glycemic index than regular sugar. This means that it allows for a much lower and slower rise in blood sugar.
